Building an inclusive, intergenerational 25th Ward that fiercely protects our roots and effectively delivers on our essential needs.
In her first 100 days
As Alderwoman, Aida will build an effective, responsive ward office that reaches people where they are: satellite and mobile offices across our neighborhoods, an outreach team going door to door so families at risk of losing their homes get help with tenant rights and homeowner exemptions, and residents without housing connected to housing, health care, and mental health resources. A rapid response team equipped for the emergencies our community faces, from ICE raids to flooding. She’ll walk every block herself, and publish a public report card each quarter, sharing what she’s found and inviting feedback so the ward office keeps improving.
